A little history...
Dr. Kamal Inamdar is a seasoned Engineering leader with over 25 years of combined experience in aerospace industry. He is currently working as a Supplier Program Manager at Boeing Company in El Segundo, California, engaged in integrating Commercial and Defense Satellites. Dr. Inamdar’s expertise includes Manufacturing Management, Project Management, Proposals, and Metallurgical Engineering. His passion for teaching is beyond his full time job at Boeing; he conducts workshops and lectures for the professionals to help them grow better in the industry.

Dr. Inamdar holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. He is a PMI registered educational provider.
Dr. Inamdar holds a Doctorate in Education & Psychology from Pepperdine University Malibu; Master of Business Administration in International Business from California State University; and an Engineering degree from Maharajá Sayajirao University, India. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
Dr. Inamdar teaches Project Management at (4) major Universities in Southern California; CSU, UC Irvine, University of Redlands and ITT. He has worked at Boeing Company for 18 years; he used to hold Lunch & Learn sessions on topics such as Emotional Intelligence, and Crucial Conversations for various audiences.
